return and exchange policy

What is your return and exchange policy?
All of our products are handmade with love by our team members. for that same reason, All products are final sale. 

If you qualify for a refund you will receive it as store credit only (you must qualify)

We will exchange any size of our tees, beanies and moccs, if we currently have the size in stock. All items must be returned in brand new condition (not worn or washed, tags attached) before we send out the new size to you. All return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Exchange turnaround time is 10-15 business days.
